Lenta grocery sets adjusted Jan-June EBITDA guidance at 14%
MOSCOW, Jul 20 (PRIME) -- Russian grocery chain Lenta expects its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) to grow by about 14% on the year in January–June, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The adjusted EBITDA margin may fall to 9.6% in the period from 9.8% in the same period of 2016, the company said.
The company also confirmed its plans to launch about 30 hypermarkets and about 50 supermarkets in 2017, and maintained the estimate for capital expenditures this year at 30–35 billion rubles.
In January–June 2016, adjusted EBITDA rose 16.4% on the year to 13.676 billion rubles.
